Amex (American Express) Cards are NOT a payment option for use at Kaka Retreat. Cheques are not accepted.
3+ NIGHTS OFFER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Valid only for Direct Bookings made exclusively with us at Kaka Retreat. Any bookings via Agents or Internet Booking sources are not eligible. Your stay period must be 3 or more consecutive nights to receive the 25% off your final stay night. (This discount is applied to the base rate of 1-2 persons in the same unit). Our standard rate of $35.00 is charged for each extra guest in the unit.
The minimum stay period will be strictly observed - with no broken stay periods allowed. The special room rate is now calculated immediately the online booking is confirmed. This total on your confirmation receipt will include any additional guests. Optional extras i.e. continental breakfasts etc. are not included within this total but are quoted separately. Full payment for your accommodation is due upon check in.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. 30 DAY GUIDE:-You may cancel free of charge only until 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations within 30 days to arrival will be charged the full amount i.e. 2 nights @$245.00 = $490.00. Non-refundable.
2. DATE CHANGE:- A change of reservation dates will incur no charge subject to availability
3. NO SHOWS:- The full amount of the total booking will be charged. Non-refundable.
4. EXCEPTIONS:- Cancellations due to local Ferry or Flight operators cancelling services due to extreme weather conditions on the day of your scheduled arrival will not incur any penalties.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Children and Infants are $35.00 per person per night.
Children under the age of 18 may not occupy a unit alone.
NO PERSON under the age of 18 years may occupy any unit alone. We reserve the right to decline a booking made under these circumstances.
ROOM SERVICE HOURS: - Between 9.00 am and 12 Noon we offer a standard daily room service Guests must allow reasonable access to be given to staff during these times. NO afternoon room service will be available.
All units are offered a daily room service with the exception of CHRISTMAS DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY.
A standard daily service consists of all wet towelling changed, rubbish removed, shower wiped out, toilet, vanity and mirror cleaned, toiletries, tea and coffee topped up and kitchen bench tidied.
